It is with great pleasure that I announce my candidacy for reelection to the office of County Commissioner of Adams County. We have a great place to live and work and I would love the opportunity to continue to serve the citizens of Adams County by bringing my life’s experiences to the important role of the County Commissioner.
The past four years have allowed me to work along side of the great Adams County Government team to deliver highly effective government services while being mindful we are spending your dollars. It has been a great opportunity to utilize my work and life’s experiences to benefit the county where I was born and raised and truly love.
I believe that my business and finance background as a banking, operations, and technology officer with both First Bank of Berne and First Merchants Bank have allowed me to be a progressive but cautious voice of the people of Adams County as we enter our most challenging years to come. I have been able to blend my 8 years of county government experience with 20 plus years on the Adams Central School Board with my extensive financial experiences to generate a practical approach to county governance. I look forward to continuing to serve the residents of this fine county alongside the other well qualified members of County government.
I had the privilege of growing up in Adams County. My family remains here. My goal is to work to make our county the place where our kids and grandkids want to grow, work and live.
