Southwern Wells moved to 7-3 on the season and easily dispatched the Heritage Patriots Friday night, picking up their first ACAC victory of the season in girls basketball action, 52-27.
Cadence Watkins and Kaylee Davis combined to outscore the Patriots on their own with 33 points, with Watkins leading the way with 18.
Southern Wells’ most impressive number of the night was the fact that ten different players scored.
Elaine Bickel led Heritage with eight points.
The Patriots only found their way to the line for four free throws in the game, with Olivia Lybarger making 1 of 4, all in the second half.
Heritage will play at Blackhawk Christian on the 16th.
