Sectional recap–Starfires pull away late, Jets cruise, Patriots fall in first round

South Adams 45, Madison-Grant 28

WZBD’s feature game of the night was definitely full of high powered offense in the first half, with every possession accounting for a touchdown except for the final drive, where Madison-Grant attempted a field goal, but were unsuccessful. It was not a dream half if you were a defensive coordinator, as both teams combined for nine touchdowns and 517 yards of total offense! However, after halftime, the first three possessions ended with turnovers. The Starfires would take on a couple more touchdowns in the 4th quarter and get the win.
