It was a difficult day of high school tennis for our Adams County teams as all three teams were in action, but all three fell to tough opponents.
Kade Sprunger, the No. 1 for the South Adams Starfires, was the lone winner across all three Adams County teams, helping the Stars avoid the shutout against sectional and ACAC rival Bluffton.
All three teams are off this weekend ahead of the final week of the regular season next week. Adams Central will play Bluffton on Monday, while Bellmont will go to Jay County and South Adams will host Wayne.
