Adams Central dropped a heartbreaker at Snider Monday, with the Panthers coming back from the brink to snatch a 3-2 victory away from the Jets.
Heading into the third set, the No. 2 doubles team was leading 4-1 and seemed poised to cruise home and deliver the win. Snider fought back to win the third set, 7-5.
“The boys continue to show strength each match, and the number one doubles team has been on cruise control,” said head coach Brent Doster. “Our next challenge comes against conference opponent Jay County. Hopefully a bounce-back win is coming our way.”
