Hailey Brune finished in the top 50 of a very strong field at Saturday’s Taylor Opener, cutting three minutes from her time just a week prior to lead the Adams Central Flying Jets contingent.
Brune finished in 26:35 last week, but came in at 23:33.30 at Taylor against a stack field that included Indy-area schools with big teams.
The Jets also got big cuts in time from Lexi Linder and Macy Isch.
For South Adams, only Adalynn Watson was listed in the results. She finished in 30th place ahead of all the Adams Central runners.
