The South Adams Starfires started their regular season with a rather impressive victory over Bishop Luers in girls varsity soccer action Tuesday, 2-0.
Playing a 2A team, the Starfires, with just 13 players on the roster, kept a clean sheet, with goalie Liza Fonte keeping the Knights off the scoreboard for all 80 minutes.
