Cynthia J. Beitler, 59, of Decatur, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly Friday evening, June 13, 2025, at her residence.
She was born on May 29, 1966, in Decatur to the late Thomas and Shirley (Garner) Adams. She was married to Brian Beitler in Decatur, Indiana.
Cynthia retired following over 30 years from Wal-Mart in Decatur, Indiana.
She loved spending time outside tending her flowers and swimming. In her free time, she enjoyed painting and doing crafts. Above all, she loved her family, especially her grandchildren, Caiden and Devon.
Survivors include her husband, Brian Beitler of Decatur, Indiana; son, Dustin Beitler of Decatur, Indiana; daughter, Chelsea (Kevin Pumphrey) Beitler of Decatur, Indiana; brother, Steven Adams of Decatur, Indiana; brother, Kevin (Sandra) Adams of Decatur, Indiana; brother, Randy (Glenda) Adams of Celina, Ohio; sister, Bobbie Jo (Mike) Hicks of Pensacola, Florida; two grandsons, Caiden Beitler and Devon Hough.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home in Decatur, Indiana.
Burial will take place at a later date in Decatur Cemetery.
