Bobbie L. Hartsock, of Decatur, Indiana, passed away on March 1, 2025, at the age of 76 at River Terrace Health Care Center in Bluffton, Indiana. He was born on November 9, 1948, in Hocking County, Ohio.
He served his country honorably in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and worked at Prestress Services in Decatur, Indiana.
Bobbie was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Wappelhorst, who passed away on February 13, 2016; his parents, Gilbert Frank Davis and Bertha Hartsock and his maternal grandparents, Homer & Icel Hartsock, Sr., who helped raise him.
He is survived by his daughter, Casey Hartsock of Somerset, Ohio; step-sons, Greg (Tina) Jones of Decatur, Indiana, and Craig Jones of New Haven, Indiana; and step-daughter, Michelle Neece of Jacksonville, Florida. Bobbie’s legacy will live on through the love he shared and the bonds he forged with his family.
