The Bellmont Braves managed just a couple of victories against Bluffton Thursday night in a matchup of two of the better teams in the local sectional.
Logan Whitacre captured the first-place points in the diving, while Zayne Roop and Hudson Krull scored victories in the specialty strokes for the Braves.
Notes & Times:
-After setting the best mark of any county swimmer in the 50 on Tuesday, Logan Whitacre turned in a career best in the backstroke Thursday, taking fifth place.
-Taufeeq Ally swam a career best in the breaststroke, finishing in fourth for the Braves.
