South Adams hosted Muncie Burris Tuesday for a co-ed meet and the visiting Owls earned the victory in the boys’ meet, while the hosts took the girls’ victory.
Girls’ Meet
Notes & Times:
-Ava Kinsey trimmed a full second from her season best in the 200 and won by a wide margin. The senior was just .33 seconds away from her career best, set last year in the sectional prelims.
-GenaMarie Summersett won the 50 with her season best.
-KayLynn Grush took the night off from diving and won the Fly with a season best.
-Kinsey also won the 100 Free with a season best.
-Julia Arnold swam the backstroke and finished second with a new career-best time of 1:17.32, tops on the team this year.
-The 400 Free Relay team of Summersett, Hannah Scott, Arnold and Kinsey took first place and swam a season-best 4:23.46.

Notes & Times:
-Haden Meyer cut seven seconds from his career best to take third in the 200.
-Brayden Hough won the IM by trimming five seconds from his season best. Teammate Griffin Hill was third with his best time, as well.
-Meyer also swam a season best in the 500, coming in just under the seven-minute mark.
