Bishop Dwenger answered an opening win at heavyweight by undefeated junior Grady Baker with four straight victories to build a 17-6 lead against visiting Bellmont Thursday night, but the Braves were all over the Saints in the middle weights and Gavin Davis added the exclamation mark with his 100th career victory as the Braves rolled to a 48-20 win away from home.

The Braves’ answer came from the fantastic duo at 132-138 of Gabe Myers and Henry Faurote. They teamed up for a pair of tech falls and set the table for Will Franze, who is now 12-1 after pinning Carson Wulpi in 80 seconds.

Sam Wolpert and Austin Manley followed with victories, setting the stage for Davis and his landmark victory.
Landon Rich dropped a tough decision at the end of the third period, but Xavior Palacios and Ryne Fawbush picked him up with victories to close out the night.
Ryne Fawbush moved to 10-2 on the season to end the night for the Braves.
The Braves are back in action Saturday at home for Paul Gunsett Night against #1 Delta.
