Some news for residents of the town of Monroe about the upcoming trash provider changes…
Waste Management has announced that Tuesday, October 29th is the day they will pick up their trash cans. On Monday night, plan to set all your trash cans out as usual. They will empty and then make their rounds to pick up the cans. Please be sure to leave your cans out, do not bring them back up to the house.
On Friday, November 1st, Reliable Trash Company will make their way around town to deliver their trash cans. The town is planning to send them an updated list with addresses and the number of cans needed for everyone. Now is the time to let them know if you wish to make changes by either removing your extra can or adding an extra can.
Reliable’s first official trash pick-up day will be Friday, November 8, 2024. Please set your cans out Thursday evening. Your new trash pick-up day will be Friday.
