An own goal by Woodlan in the first ten minutes Thursday was the start of their own unraveling as Bellmont’s ninth graders scored five more goals on the Warriors to advance to the sectional final Saturday with a 6-0 victory.
Kaitlyn Barton scored a brace and Ella Sovine, Ashley Bleke and Oni Krueckeberg added one each.
Krueckeberg was credited with four assists on the night and Barton with another.

In the other semifinal, Canterbury needed overtime to beat the host Norwell Knights. Grace Mann scored the goal for Norwell.
The Knights ended the season with an 11-6 record.
