It was quite a night of volleyball for all three Adams County teams Thursday, with three victories and a couple of milestones happening along the way.

County teams continue to show their talents with solid records and those have led to outstanding computer ratings, published in cooperation with the Indiana High School Volleyball Coaches Association. Bellmont leads the group with a #32 rating across all classes. Adams Central enters the rankings at #48 and South Adams is at #72 (14th among just 2A schools).

Our volleyball coverage continues Saturday morning with two outstanding matches. Bellmont will play the top-ranked team in 4A, Hamilton Southeastern, at 10 a.m. at Carroll High School and then take on Zionsville thereafter. Mike Macke and Kent Arnold will bring you all the action on WZBD.
