Patricia “Pat” Jellison, age 78, a resident of Portland, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 19, 2024 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie. She was a socially active resident at Crown Pointe in Portland.
Pat was born November 21, 1945, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, the daughter of Clayton and Orpha Jane (Gray) Oglesbee. She worked at People’s Bank in Portland, Jay County Sherriff’s Department and Jay County Chamber of Commerce for 30 years. Pat was a member of Trinity Arch Bridge Church and attended Fellowship Baptist Church. She was an alumni of Portland Police Citizens Academy.

Susan Brown (husband Jim) – Dunkirk, Indiana
1 brother: James Oglesbee (wife Carole) – Ft. Wayne, Indiana
1 sister-in-law: Carol Oglesbee – Decatur, Indiana
3 grandchildren: Lindsey McIntire, Conner McIntire and Emilee Brown
No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements entrusted to Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland.
