If you liked the Patriotic Pops performance by the Fort Wayne Philharmonic in Decatur last July, you will have another opportunity to enjoy it once more, this time in Berne on Saturday night.
Adams Health will sponsor a free performance by the Philharmonic starting at 7 p.m. at the Muensterberg Plaza and Clock Tower.

The large group of musicians will present their Patriotic Pops, which – sponsored by Adams Health – drew a huge crowd indoors in Decatur last year, just before the Fourth of July.
Organizers said food trucks will be available at the clock tower Saturday.
The Philharmonic will bring a full pops orchestra, with approximately 65 musicians, to Berne.
Local and area residents are urged to bring lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy patriotic favorites like the “Star Spangled Banner”, “God Bless America”, and “Stars and Stripes Forever”.

Also on the bill will be pops songs, including music from Star Wars and Indiana Jones.
In the event of wet weather, the show will be held in the South Adams High School auditorium.
Saturday will be part of a busy few days for the Philharmonic.
The Patriotic Pops will be given at the DeKalb Outdoor Theater on Friday, and at the Oakwood Resort Sunday. Other shows will include Tuesday at Parkview Field in Fort Wayne and on Thursday, the Fourth, at Bixler Lake Park.
