The DST Unveiling Day events will include several exciting activities for the public, including sculpture installation, plein air paint out, young dancers’ performance, children’s chalk walk, food vendors, plein air painting sale and more.
The 2024 Decatur Sculpture Tour will feature dozens of new sculptures in downtown Decatur from over 20 artists from all over the United States. In addition to the new sculptures, artists and visitors can also admire additional sculptures in the Riverside Sculpture Park.
The Hoosier Pattern Second Annual Iron Pour begins at 7:00 p.m. on Friday at Hoosier Pattern (906 N. 10th Street, Decatur). This amazingly impressive display of molten metal will transform 300 individually created sand molds into heavy-weight artistic creations. These iron-work artists from Wisconsin are in Decatur for this very special event.
