Hillary Tobias overcame a loss in the second set (6-2) to win a marathon third set by a score of 11-9 and finish off a 4-1 win for the Jets over Blackford Tuesday night.
The Jets had no problem beating the Bruins early, with Melanie Bertsch and the two doubles teams of Anna Leyse and Alexa Brotherton, as well as Alaina Bertsch and Alayna McCullough winning quickly and dropping just one game on the night between the three matches.
That left the final margin up to Macy McClure and Tobias. McClure lost both sets by a close margin against Evelyn Gulley.
The Jets are set to play Jay County at home Thursday night.
