Allen Michael Stanford, 32, of Berne, IN, formerly of Geneva & Portland, IN. passed away at 1:24 PM on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at his home in Berne, IN. He was born on Wednesday, September 26, 1990, in Decatur, IN. Allen attended South Adams High School. He formerly attended Mt. Hope Church. Allen had worked at Subway in Berne and Wal-Mart in Portland. He enjoyed playing cards, gaming, and making videos. He was the world’s best uncle.
Allen will be sadly missed by his Father – Mark Allen Stanford, Berne, IN, Sisters – Brandi Stanford, Berne, IN, Catherine Stanford, Bluffton, IN, Nieces – Delani Davis, Berne, IN, Camille Esparza, Bluffton, IN, Nephew – Kacey Esparza, Bluffton, IN, Paternal Grandfather – Carl Stanford, Portland, IN, Paternal Grandmother – Rozal Stanford, Berne, IN, and Maternal Grandmother – Betty Patch, Geneva, IN.
He was preceded in death by his Mother – Connie (Patch) Stanford.
Family and friends may gather to share and remember at Downing & Glancy Funeral Home 100 N Washington Street Geneva on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A service to celebrate Allen’s life will follow at Downing & Glancy Funeral Home at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, September 19, 2023. Interment will follow in the Riverside Cemetery in Geneva.
