Bluffton High School’s first sectional title in girls’ tennis was won Friday with rain looming against rival Adams Central, sending the Tigers to the regional for the first time.
Bluffton will host Tuesday’s regional and the Tigers are set to play Manchester for a spot in the regional final against either Huntington North or Homestead.

The match at No. 3 singles was the only set victory for Adams Central, with Lila Ringger taking the first set while Bluffton won the first set in each of the other four matches, 6-1.

Lynne Drayer came back to force a third set, but it was not completed due to the weather.
