DeVoss, Baker, Ainsworth & Razo, P.C. is pleased to announce the opening of a new satellite office in Fort Wayne, Indiana, further expanding the firm’s long-standing commitment to serving clients throughout northeastern Indiana. The new office is expected to open in January, 2026.
In conjunction with this expansion, the firm is proud to welcome two experienced attorneys, James P. (“Jim”) Buchholz and Angelica Fuelling, to its legal team. Jim and Angelica will primarily practice out of the Fort Wayne office while also serving clients at the firm’s Decatur location as needed.
Jim Buchholz is a graduate of Wittenberg University (1985) and the Indiana University School of Law–Bloomington (1988). He was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1988 and also holds an Illinois Bar license. Jim concentrates his practice on litigation, including personal injury matters, as well as business law. He has spent the majority of his legal career practicing in the Fort Wayne area, where he was raised.
Angelica Fuelling is originally from Decatur and graduated from Bellmont High School in 2006. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne in 2010 and her law degree from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law in 2013. Angelica was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2013. She has practiced throughout Fort Wayne and Decatur for her entire legal career and regularly travels across northeastern Indiana to meet her clients’ needs. Her practice focuses on family law and wills and estates, and she also maintains a general practice.
Jim and Angelica join Timothy E. Baker, Scott B. Ainsworth, Anne M. Razo, Lucas M. Ainsworth, and Frederick A. Schurger (of Counsel) as part of the DeVoss, Baker, Ainsworth & Razo, P.C. legal team. The firm’s roots extend more than 100 years in Decatur and the surrounding northeastern Indiana region.
