Adams Central won all four matches in Saturday’s New Haven 10-Way, beating the host Bulldogs for a second time this week, 46-32.
The Jets received a bye midway through the day when South Bend Washington did not show, instead traveling to Yorktown, the host of the event in alternating years with New Haven.
In the rematch with the Bulldogs, there were a handful of plays that flopped from Tuesday’s dual met. Dominic Shaw came back to pin Owen Macklin at 113, but Jaden Feasel picked up his teammate with a win at 120.
Maverick Dubach took an 8-2 win on Tuesday and turned it into an 18-1 tech fall Saturday at 150.
The victory over Northfield was important for Adams Central, with the Norsemen ranked directly behind them in the most recent IndianaMat poll.
The Jets are now 13-0 on the year as they head into their big matchup with undefeated Bellmont on Tuesday.
