#1 Adams Central went on the road in Week 3 in a tough environment and scored 35 unanswered points against the Muncie Central Bearcats to move to 3-0 in their ACAC bye week. Coach Michael Mosser’s team will play the final six weeks in the conference as they hunt down another conference title.

The Jets were clinical in the game, outscoring the Bearcats by four touchdowns despite having just one more first down than the home team.

There are few teams who will out-rush the Jets this season, but Muncie Central were just nine yards short of the AC total at the end of the night.
The two teams split time of possession right down the middle, but it was the Jets’ ability to punch it in from inside the ten-yard line that made the difference.

The Muncie Central defense held Adams Central to just 1 for 8 on third-down conversions, but the Jets did convert twice on fourth down on three attempts.
Jamison Roach finished the game 4 of 9 with 105 yards passing and two touchdowns, but it was his 45-yard run, combined with three scores from very close distance that made all the difference.

Braylend Reber had three catches for 70 yards and a score. He also had seven tackles on the other side of the ball.

Cam Fravel had two sacks for the Jets, who will face Jay County in Week 4.
