Brooke Shelburne was impressive as anyone Thursday night as Adams Central visited the waters in Angola, almost single-handedly beating the Jets in the girls’ meet, but the boys salvaged a split on the night for the Jetskis.
Notes & Times:
-Mel Eicher was third in the IM with a season-best time.
-The medley relay team for the Jets of Logan Heiman, Preston Hoffman, Kale Rathbun and Ethan Crockett set a new season best for the Jetskis and easily beat the Hornets in the first event of the night.
-Tristen Wurm won the 200 Free and teammate Treyten Tomkinson was second with a season-best time of 2:28.26.
-Rathbun took a big chunk out of his season best in the butterfly, despite being the only swimmer in the heat, winning in 1:12.22.
-Tristen Wurm swam the breaststroke for the Jets Thursday and registered a decent time, taking third in 1:24.15.
