But don&#8217;t panic, there&#8217;s no rate changing coming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What&#8217;s coming for some local residents is a change in when they receive their utility bills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Utilities Director Kevin Hackman told city council at its latest meeting that 700 to 800 homes and businesses will soon be receiving letters informing them of a new date in which their bills will arrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"366\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Kukelhan-bc-artwork-for-website-2303.jpg?resize=640%2C366&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-213\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Kukelhan-bc-artwork-for-website-2303.jpg?resize=1024%2C585&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Kukelhan-bc-artwork-for-website-2303.jpg?resize=300%2C171&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Kukelhan-bc-artwork-for-website-2303.jpg?resize=768%2C439&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Kukelhan-bc-artwork-for-website-2303.jpg?w=1050&amp;ssl=1 1050w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The new dates are due to some United States Postal Service changes.
