Thurston filed a charge of dealing in a controlled substance resulting in death, a level one felony, and a second count of conspiracy to commit dealing in a controlled substance resulting in death, also a level one felony, against Liechty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A probably cause affidavit for the arrest of Liechty said that on or about March 16 or 17, did knowingly or intentionally deliver fentanyl, a controlled substance, controlled substance Analog in violation of state law and when the fentanyl was used, injected, inhaled, or absorbed it resulted in the death of Wynn.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Adams County Prosecuting Attorney&#8217;s office has filed two level one felony charges against Zachary J.
