The company previously had been awarded a tax abatement by council and businesses receiving the tax break are required to annually submit a CF-1 form to show how they have lived up to the commitments made in order to receive the abatement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"326\" height=\"155\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/98.158.76.108\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/61F5860687A746C5BFA452960517840C.png?resize=326%2C155\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-884\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/61F5860687A746C5BFA452960517840C.png?w=326&amp;ssl=1 326w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/61F5860687A746C5BFA452960517840C.png?resize=300%2C143&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 326px) 100vw, 326px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>TekniPlex&#8217;s CF-1 shows its has met its financial promises, but not the employee numbers it gave, Mayor Dan Rickord said.
