A public hearing on the annexation will be held at the Oct. 3 meeting of council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt&#8217;s great to see this growth,\u201d Mayor Dan Rickord said, referring to the Meadows request and the recent annexation of an area of Lake Shores on the eastern side of the city.
