Andrew, age 24, of Rockford, passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2023, at Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/98.158.76.108\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/unnamed-5.jpg?resize=213%2C304\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6385\" width=\"213\" height=\"304\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/unnamed-5.jpg?w=420&amp;ssl=1 420w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/unnamed-5.jpg?resize=210%2C300&amp;ssl=1 210w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 213px) 100vw, 213px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>He was born February 4, 1999, in Decatur, IN. His mother and step-father: Lisa &amp; Jody Haller, survive in Ohio City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also surviving is his fianc\u00e9e, Hannah Pawelski of Rockford, daughter, Aurora Andrew, siblings: Taya (Michael) Deardoff and Angel Haller (Noah Baldwin) of Van Wert, grandparents: Pam and John Stapleton of Rockford, uncle, Aaron (Tori) Stapleton, niece and nephews: Castalia, Caspian, and Jayden, and cousins: Damon and Austin Stapleton.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;He was preceded in death by his great grandmother, Naomi Counterman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Corey was a 2017 Parkway High School graduate and was a &#8220;Gentle Giant&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He loved everyone, especially kids, and everyone loved him. He was a jokester and enjoyed playing with his nieces, nephews and his baby daughter, Aurora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Playing video games was a favorite activity. He collected figurines of wolves. Other activities he liked were playing basketball and going for drives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Private Services were held for the family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Condolences can be expressed to Corey&#8217;s family at&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/dickandsonshellwarthfh.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dickandsonshellwarthfh.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arrangements were under the direction of W.H.
