Liechty is filling the rest of the term as Kirkland Township Board Member due to the passing of Kim Fruechte in July. Adams County Republican Party Chairman Steve Justus appointed Liechty to the position. \u201cI am confident that Rebeccah Liechty will serve the taxpayer well as she has a heart for the community. Rebeccah has lived her entire life in Adams County,\u201d said Justus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rebeccah is married to Ben Liechty who serves as President on the School Board of Adams Central Community Schools. Together they have three children; Anvalie who is a freshman at the University of Saint Francis. Ezra is a sophomore and Emerson is a fourth-grade student both at Adams Central Community Schools.
