The ceremony will take place on Monday, August 14th\u00a0at 10:30am on the Adams Woodcrest Campus, 1300 Mercer Ave. (Woodcrest Main Entrance&#8230;Cottage Lot #1).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cottage amenities will include ranch -style floor plan, an open living space, full kitchens, washer\/dryer, fireplace, back porch, attached 2-car garage, 2 bedroom\/2 bath, state of the art emergency call systems, and a new clubhouse on the Woodcrest campus. Plans for the clubhouse will include many resident activities as well as community and family events. The cottages will be crafted to offer residents a stress-free and self-reliant way of life with no maintenance, allowing time for things that bring joy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Community members are invited to attend and help us celebrate this milestone for Decatur and the surrounding area.&nbsp;The American Legion, Post 43 color guard will be in attendance to help celebrate the groundbreaking.
