Food vendors, hot dogs at Andy&#8217;s Coney Bar, and adult beverages by 2 Pour Guys will be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E5C4P3 was formed in 1993 by Jason Kelty (photo), who impersonates Journey&#8217;s Steve Perry as he handles vocals. The band performed together from then until going on hiatus in 1999.
