Roussey, 85, of Monroeville, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at Parkview Regional Hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thomas was born on May 6, 1938 to the late Adrian A. Roussey and the late Lucille B. (Voriol) Roussey in Allen County Indiana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He was united in marriage to C. Agatha Horn on August 6, 1960, and she survives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thomas loved to play cards with his family. &nbsp;He took his family on numerous vacations, where many memories were made on these road trips. &nbsp;He collected toy tractors, and enjoyed going to tractor shows and auctions. &nbsp;He enjoyed Heritage High School sports, and was an avid IU fan. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thomas was previously employed by BF Goodrich, and was also a self-employed carpenter. He owned T &amp; A Service Center in Monroeville.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Survivors include his wife, C. Agatha Roussey of Monroeville, Indiana; daughter, Lisa A. Phillips of Monroeville, Indiana; daughter, Laura K. (Dean) Muldoon of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; son, Kerry W. Roussey of Greencastle, Indiana; son, Kyle T. (Shawnda) Roussey of Portland, Indiana; sister, Phyllis (Denny) Van Horn of Monroeville, Indiana; ten grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He was preceded in death by son-in-law, Barry Phillips; two sisters, Virginia Roy and Mary Ann Wyss; and brother, Larry Roussey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 20, 2023 at St. Louis Besancon Catholic Church, New Haven, Indiana, with Father Tyrell J. Alles officiating. &nbsp;Burial will follow in the St. Louis Catholic Cemetery \u2013 Besancon., New Haven, Indiana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Family and friends will be received from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at Zwick &amp; Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, and one hour prior to the service on Thursday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Rosary will be recited by Rob Lortie at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 19, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preferred memorials can be given to Monroeville EMS or Monroeville Fire Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arrangements are by the Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, Indiana.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thomas E.
