Other communities are doing the same as the state seeks to standardize the regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No fees will be changed, he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The board approved of the change on two readings, then tabled the third and final reading to the July 18 meeting.
