First St.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Street\/Sanitation Superintendent Matt Schultz and Wastewater Superintendent Karey Fuelling brought quotes from three companies to the board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"505\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Ashbaucher.jpg?resize=640%2C505&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40721\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Ashbaucher.jpg?w=842&amp;ssl=1 842w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Ashbaucher.jpg?resize=300%2C237&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Ashbaucher.jpg?resize=768%2C607&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A quote of $63,000 from Luginbill Excavating, a Monroe-area company, was by far the lowest of the three.
