{"id":38743,"date":"2026-08-27T10:36:10","date_gmt":"2026-08-27T14:36:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wzbd.com\/?p=38743"},"modified":"2026-08-27T10:36:11","modified_gmt":"2026-08-27T14:36:11","slug":"overdose-awareness-day-special-walk-set","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wzbd.com\/index.php\/2026\/08\/27\/overdose-awareness-day-special-walk-set\/","title":{"rendered":"Overdose Awareness Day, special walk set"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>By BOB SHRALUKA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>WZBD.com<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Overdose Awareness Day will be held on the Madison St. Plaza in downtown Decatur next Monday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAugust 31 (Monday) is a day for Decatur to stand together and say we remember those we have lost,\u201d Trisha Gonzalez told city council at its latest meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event will be held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cA day of community. A day of hope.
