While this decision was not an easy one, I\u2019m confident the organization is well-positioned for continued success and growth in the years ahead.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During his tenure, Bickel helped guide strategic efforts to attract investment, retain local employers, and enhance the county\u2019s economic competitiveness. His leadership contributed to several impactful initiatives and strengthened relationships across the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adams County EDC Board of Directors Chair Dean Fuelling expressed appreciation for Bickel\u2019s contributions. \u201cColton has been a dedicated and forward-thinking leader for the Adams County EDC,\u201d said Fuelling. \u201cOn behalf of the Board, I want to thank him for his commitment to our mission and the positive impact he has made throughout the county. His leadership has helped lay a strong foundation for future economic development efforts.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Board of Directors will begin the process of identifying the organization\u2019s next Executive Director.
