Wable, 75, of Monroe, passed away Thursday morning, May 21, 2026, at Adams Memorial Hospital. She was born on May 5, 1951, in Decatur to the late Robert A. and Velma P. (Herman) Wable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Joyce attended Springhill Church. She loved her family very much and loved watching western movies. She was a homemaker and worked at CTS for 15 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"516\" height=\"665\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/6a106ce5db1b6.jpg?resize=516%2C665&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-37025\" style=\"width:256px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/6a106ce5db1b6.jpg?w=516&amp;ssl=1 516w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/6a106ce5db1b6.jpg?resize=233%2C300&amp;ssl=1 233w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 516px) 100vw, 516px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She is survived by her daughter, Michell (Eric) Winget of Decatur; 2 grandchildren, Shaun Hurst of Decatur and Angel (Josh) Nussbaum of Geneva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She was preceded in death by a sister Carolyn Wable; and her significant other, Michael Johnston.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A private family graveside will be in Backesto Cemetery.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Joyce E.
