Christine M. Bauhof-Pratt, 76, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away Friday evening, May 8, 2026, at her residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She was born on July 28, 1949, to the late Walter and Gladys (Ekholm) Bauhof in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Christine was united in marriage to James E. Brown on September 30, 1972, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and he preceded her in death on December 8, 2000. She then married Adrian Pratt on September 19, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Christine graduated from Southside High School in 1967.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She was a homemaker and previously had held various jobs over the years, but her heart was in taking care of her family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From an early age, she had a talent for ice skating. In her free time, she loved to shop online and enjoyed crocheting and knitting. Above all, Christine loved spending time with her family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She is survived by her husband, Adrian Pratt of Fort Wayne, Indiana; daughter, Tamie Brown of Decatur, Indiana; daughter, Tara Brown of Geneva, Indiana; step-daughter, Helen (Justin Schick) Pratt of Angola, Indiana; step-daughter, Jennie (Keith) Reust of Columbus, Ohio; step-daughter, Maggie (David Walda) Pratt of Fort Wayne, Indiana; sister, Laurie Wilson of Bowie, Maryland; brother, Billy Bauhof of Richmond, Indiana; brother, Robert \u201cBobby\u201d Bauhof of New Jersey; niece, Terri Hill of Fort Wayne, Indiana; seven grandchildren, Matthew, Jay, Krystine, Brandon, Katie, Stephanie, Benjamin and bonus grandchildren from Adrian\u2019s family; and several great-grandchildren spanning many generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Christine was preceded in death by a son, James E.L. Brown, and three brothers, Walter and Richard Bauhof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
