The Decatur Farmers Market will open for the 2026 season this Thursday from 4-7 p.m. at the southeast corner of First and Monroe streets in downtown Decatur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The market will be open at those hours every Thursday through October 8, featuring fresh flavors and local creativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCome shop a great selection of fresh produce, homemade baked goods, handcrafted items, and unique finds from local vendors,\u201d an announcement said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For three months beginning June 4, music concerts will be beginning on the Madison St. Plaza as the farmers market is winding down for the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With Mothers’ Day scheduled Sunday, the announcement said, \u201cthe market is a great place to find a thoughtful gift. From fresh flowers and homemade treats to handmade crafts and artisan goods, you\u2019ll find something special to celebrate the moms in your life.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
