Parrott struck out four. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was a tough loss to take for Jax Wanner, who struck out six and walked only one in six innings of good ball. One of his two runs allowed was unearned. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derek Weaver threw the seventh and was credited with the loss, with the winning runs scoring on a wild pitch and a squeeze play in the top of the seventh. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The story of Monday night&#8217;s game between South Adams and Blackford in Berne was about the wind.
