The plan was developed through a local committee in conjunction with a professional plan writer.  The plan was paid for with American Recovery Plan funds left over from the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commissioners President Steve Bailey said he likes what he sees in the comprehensive plan, but says it could be changed before it&#8217;s adopted by the Commissioners.
