Garcia, age 33 of Decatur, was sentenced Monday in the Adams Circuit Court.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Garcia was previously found guilty of several offenses after a jury trial, which took place April 24-26, 2023.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The jury found him guilty of four counts of sexual misconduct with a minor (each a level 4 felony), four counts of child molesting (each a level 1 felony) and one count of child solicitation, a level 5 felony.\u00a0His offenses involved three victims.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Garcia has a juvenile and adult criminal history.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The court sentenced Garcia to a collective sentence of 95 years to be served in the Indiana Department of Corrections.\u00a0Due to the levels of the felonies, the defendant will be required to serve 75% of the time.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Xavier R.
