The golfing season for local teams came to an end, with the Bellmont and Norwell teams being eliminated at the regional at the Players Club in Muncie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bellmont placed 10th in the regional with a score of 343 and Norwell placed 14th with a score of 365. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The winning team was Hamilton Southeastern with an amazing score of 289. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leading the Braves was Winston Brown with a 78, followed by Owen Minnick with an 81.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gage Bressler shot an 88, followed by Jimmy Haines with a 96 and Bryce Rickord had a 100. Both Bressler and Rickord had a disastrous 4th hole, scoring a five-over par 10 on the par 5 hole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Norwell, the Knights were led by Ethan Ottinger with an 88, followed by Derek Smith\u2019s 89, Cooper Sloan had a 91, Chase Hulvey a 97, and Ashton Federspiel had a 101.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Playing as an individual was Bluffton\u2019s Keegan Schwartz, who scored a 75, but did not advance because of the tiebreaker. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also advancing as a team were Tipton and Noblesville, beating out Yorktown, Heritage Christian and Cathedral. The Braves officially finished 37 shots back.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
