South Adams High School achieved a 100% graduation rate in 2025 while Adams Central was close with a 99% rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Graduation rates for the state recently were announced by the Indiana Board of Education, revealing that the class of 2025 marks the third consecutive year of improved graduation rates and sets a new state record, with nearly 92% of Indiana seniors graduating high school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is up 1.6 percentage points from the class of 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bluffton High School was another school with a 100% rate \u2013 for the third consecutive year! Only 3% of schools in Indiana achieved such a fete in 2025, the state board said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

South Adams has shown improvement each of the past three years, going from 94.9% in 2023 to 95.9% in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adams Central also has produced three successive years of improvement, from 96.0% in 2023 to 97.9% in 2024, then the 99% in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bellmont High School’s graduation rate for 2025 was at 92.7%, a decrease from 95.2% in 2024 and 95.7% in 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Southern Wells was a second Wells County school to achieve a 100% graduation rate last year, up from 95.9% in 2024 and 94.9% in 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Norwell’s rate last year was 98.9%, rising a tick from 98.5% in 2024 and 98.4% in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heritage High School’s 2025 rate was 89.9%, following 86.5% in 2024 and 86.1% in 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In northeast Indiana, 40 schools outperformed the state\u2019s rate, leaving only 10 that fell short of the 91.8% benchmark, according to the Fort Wayne Journal Gazette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhen you consider the disruptions and learning challenges these students faced during COVID, their achievement is truly impressive,\u201d Scott Murray, communications manager at Fjort Wayne Community Schools, told The Journal Gazette. \u201cThe support of teachers, staff and families was critical to their success during an uncertain time.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
