Second St.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It all began months ago, Roe said, when Gary Edwards was ordered to clean up his front yard at 809 N. Second.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"472\" height=\"280\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Mess-1.jpg?resize=472%2C280&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-31601\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Mess-1.jpg?w=472&amp;ssl=1 472w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wzbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Mess-1.jpg?resize=300%2C178&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 472px) 100vw, 472px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>He did so, but also launched a complaint against a neighbor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, the department asked for and was given the okay by Edwards to go into his back yard in order to get a good look at the neighbor&#8217;s place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon doing so, however, rubbish and more was discovered in Edwards&#8217; back yard!
