Ozzie Kay Shumate, 4-month-old daughter Jared Kenneth Shumate & Chelsey Lynn Southard of Bluffton, IN, passed away at 4:10 AM on Sunday, May 28, 2023 at Wayne HealthCare in Greenville, OH. She was born on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, in Fort Wayne, IN. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
