(Staff Photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>At its recent meeting, city council approved use of the plaza from 1 to 3 p.m., with First St. to be closed in that area for fire and police department vehicles on hand. It was noted that 200 to 300 people are expected to attend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a statement, SAFE said: \u201cJoin us as we celebrate the youth and children of our community and many teachers and staff, agencies and volunteers who have supported them over the past year.
