Wyneken Memorial Lutheran had a 38.1% proficiency rate, while St. Peter-Immanuel Lutheran&#8217;s score was 41.0%. St. Joseph Catholic School in Decatur was at 41.1%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WZBD offers a breakdown of the numbers here, with state averages posted alongside the data from local school districts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Grade 3 ELA Data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>40.3% of students in the third grade in Indiana reached ELA proficiency. South Adams led the way locally with a 49%, while Adams Central was second with a 40.4%. North Adams had 37 of their 100 third graders reach proficiency.
